Refund policy
ReflectSafe umbrellas have a 10 year warranty, and ReflectSafe messenger bags have a 5 year warranty. If there is a material defect within this time, we will replace your item or refund your purchase price. It's that simple.
We would like to see the defect so we can improve our product. To start a return, you can contact us at Info@delbri.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement or refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send a replacement item or a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
